Jan Murphy has pursued a complex multidisciplinary program of certifications to better manage and design a superior integrative fitness approach for each individual.
Jan is a certified personal trainer, which gives her expertise in the classical resistance training (weights as such), stretching, and muscle building and maintenance that every fitness-minded individual benefits from.
As fitness goals have evolved and become more sophisticated, Jan has added Pilates certification to her repertoire. This gives her the ability to help people fine-tune their fitness goals.
No fitness program is complete without considering fuel. Jan is also a certified weight management consultant. She knows that exercise alone is rarely enough to achieve many people’s long-term fitness goals.
It’s the integration of these skills and advanced education, that makes Jan well qualified to help someone achieve his or her fitness goals.
